Subscriptions and Payments Policy

Folioss offers a free plan and paid plans billed monthly or yearly. The conditions of each plan (features, limits and price) are detailed on the pricing page and shown in the summary before payment.

Payments are processed through PCI DSS–certified providers, such as Stripe. Folioss doesn't store your full card details. You will receive an electronic invoice for each charge at the email address linked to your account.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) for the same amount as the previous period, unless changes have been notified in advance. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from your billing panel.

If your account is on the Free plan and you have never had a paid plan, you can try the Pro plan free for 7 days, only once per person: we count by account, by email inbox and by card. We may stop offering the trial at any time; trials that have already started continue under these conditions.

To start the trial we ask you for a card, but nothing is charged that day. Before asking for it we tell you the price of the plan with VAT included and the date of the first charge.

• The day you start: you have the Pro features from that moment and nothing is charged.
• Two days before it ends: we send you an email to remind you that the trial is ending and when and how much you will be charged.
• At the end of the 7 days: if you haven't cancelled it, your Pro subscription starts and the first period (monthly or yearly, the one you chose) is charged to that card. From that moment, the renewal, cancellation and withdrawal rules of this policy apply.

You can cancel the trial whenever you want, with one click, from Settings › Subscription: you keep Pro until the end of the trial and nothing is charged.

If the trial ends without a charge, because you cancel it or because the payment can't be made, your account goes back to the Free plan: nothing you have made is deleted or unpublished; only the Pro features stop working (the watermark comes back, your folios can no longer appear on Google and your custom domain is disconnected). The folios you have published stay published; to publish one more on Free you will have to unpublish another.

During the trial you have 25,000 AI credits; the plan's credits arrive with the first charge. If a card or an email has already been used for a trial, the new one is cancelled without charging anything and we let you know by email.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, during which you will keep enjoying the plan you paid for.

If you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw, unless you have started using paid features, in which case you accept the loss of the right of withdrawal under Article 103(m) of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

In any case, we consider each refund request individually. Write to support and we will look for a fair solution.

If we update prices, we will let you know at least 30 days before they affect your next renewal. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the new billing date.

If a charge isn't completed, we will let you know so that you can update your payment method. If, after several retries, the charge still can't be made, we may suspend the paid features until the situation is resolved.
