FAQ

Moving on from Bento

What happened to Bento.me?
Bento was acquired by Linktree in early 2025 and shut down in February 2026 — bento.me now redirects to Linktree’s homepage. Everyone who loved their Bento grid needed a new home for their personal page.
Is Folioss a good Bento alternative?
If what you loved about Bento was having one beautiful personal page with your links, work and identity, Folioss goes further: your page can be a full portfolio with projects, an interactive resume with a timeline, or a link-in-bio — with visit analytics, a QR code, AI that builds it from your resume, and a free plan to start.
How do I migrate from Bento to Folioss?
Create a free account, pick your Folio format (Links is the closest to a Bento-style page), add your links, bio and content, and publish on your address (folioss.com/yourname). Then update the link in your social bios. It takes minutes.
Is Folioss free like Bento was?
Yes — the free plan lets you create and publish your Folio forever, no credit card. Paid plans (from €12/month) add a custom domain, advanced blocks, AI translation and an optional NFC card.
What makes Folioss different from just moving to Linktree?
Linktree is a list of buttons. Folioss is a page with substance: your story, your work, your projects and your contact — closer to what made Bento special, plus resume superpowers Linktree does not have.
